Service & Support

Keeping the line running after handover

Maintenance, spare parts and modernization for installed equipment — including machines we did not originally supply.

What we do

Maintenance & Repair

Standardised and customised service packages for machines and complete lines. Planned maintenance secures availability; corrective work gets a stopped line back into production.
  • Feeder overhaul — screws, agitators, load cells and drives
  • Mixer overhaul — shafts, paddles, seals and gearboxes
  • Conveying systems — screw, belt, bucket and pneumatic lines
  • Packaging machines — filling spouts, clamps, sewing heads and conveyors
  • Valves and flow control — rotary, butterfly, slide, knife gate and diverter
  • Filters and dust collection — bag replacement, pulse-jet servicing
  • Load cell calibration and weighing accuracy verification

Spare Parts

Wear parts and assemblies held or manufactured to order, so a worn component does not become an unplanned shutdown.
  • Screws, flights and agitators in standard and hardfaced execution
  • Load cells, amplifiers and weighing electronics
  • Bearings, seals, gearboxes and drive components
  • Sewing heads, needles, thread guides and closing consumables
  • Filter bags, cages and pulse valves
  • Control components — PLC modules, HMI panels and sensors
  • Parts for equipment originally supplied by others

Modernization

A plant has to keep up. Upgrades that raise accuracy, throughput or compliance without replacing the whole machine.
  • Control retrofit — new PLC and HMI with recipe management
  • Weighing upgrade — higher accuracy class load cells and electronics
  • Throughput upgrade — feed geometry, drive sizing and cycle optimisation
  • Communication — Profinet, Modbus TCP or EtherNet/IP integration
  • ATEX retrofit for hazardous area operation
  • Guarding and safety circuits brought up to current standards
  • Data and reporting — batch records and production logging

Getting help

How to reach service

Tell us the machine, the symptom and the line it sits in. If it needs an engineer, one will answer.

For a breakdown

Call and state the machine type and serial number. Have the fault description and any alarm codes ready.

For spare parts

Send the machine type, serial number and the part reference or a photograph. We will confirm availability and lead time.

For an upgrade

Describe what the machine does today and what you need it to do. We will come back with options and a budget figure.

Service hours and response times to be confirmed before publishing.
