Palletizing System
Behpoo palletizing systems stack sacks, cartons, drums and big bags to a defined pattern at 300 to 2,500 units per hour. Robotic, mechanical, cartesian and hybrid configurations are available.

A palletizing system takes packed product from the line and stacks it on a pallet to a set pattern, ready for wrapping, storage and shipping. It is the last automated step before the warehouse.

The choice between configurations comes down to one question: where is the stacking pattern defined? In a mechanical palletizer it is built into the structure — guide positions, pusher timing, layer table geometry — which makes it fast but slow to change. In a robotic or cartesian system it is defined in software, so a new pattern is a new program.
That is why high-tonnage single-product lines choose mechanical, and plants with many SKUs choose robotic. Hybrid systems form the layer mechanically and move it with a robot, capturing much of both.
Sacks are the hardest product to palletize — soft, deformable and inconsistent — so gripper design and drop height are specified against your sack, not generically.

Product Range
| Type | What it is | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical High-Level | Product enters at height, full layer formed on a table, layer swept onto the pallet | Highest throughput, stable single-product lines |
| Mechanical Low-Level | Same principle, layer formed low with the pallet on an elevator | Buildings with limited headroom |
| Robotic Single-Pick | 4 or 6-axis robot places one unit at a time to a programmed pattern | Many SKUs, frequent pattern changes |
| Robotic Multi-Pick | Robot picks several units per cycle | Higher throughput while keeping software flexibility |
| Cartesian / Gantry | Three linear axes moving the tool in a rectangular work area | Large work envelope, simple structure |
| Hybrid | Layer formed mechanically, moved by robot with a layer gripper | Near-mechanical speed with pattern flexibility |

Areas & Application
Cement & Building Materials
High-tonnage sack lines running one product, where mechanical palletizing gives the throughput and pattern changes are rare.
Fertilizer & Agriculture
Sack and big bag palletizing with interlocked patterns for stable outdoor storage and transport.
Animal Feed
Multiple SKUs on one line, where software-defined patterns avoid mechanical changeover.
Polymers & Chemicals
Sacks, drums and big bags palletized in one cell with tool changeover.
Food & Beverage
Cartons and sacks palletized to retailer-specified patterns.
