Extrusion Feeding System
Everything upstream of the extruder throat — storage, discharge, conveying and gravimetric dosing of every component in the recipe.

Technology
The technology behind the system
PLACEHOLDER — replace with the process knowledge that differentiates Behpoo in extrusion feeding.
Loss-in-weight dosing
Each additive metered against weight rather than volume, so the recipe holds when bulk density drifts.
Refill and buffering
Refill valve sizing and hopper geometry that keep the feeder in weighing mode for as much of the cycle as possible.
Material transport
Vacuum or pressure conveying from silo to feeder, sized so the line never starves and the material does not degrade.
Control integration
Recipe management and communication with the extruder control, so a change of product is a recipe change rather than a rebuild.
Equipment
Equipment and machines
The machines that make up an extrusion feeding system. Each links to its own page.

Scope
What a total solution includes
Whichever area the project sits in, the scope is the same.
Process design
Material characterisation, line layout and equipment selection against your throughput and plant constraints.
Manufacture
Machining, fabrication and assembly in our own workshop, with test running before despatch.
Controls
PLC and HMI development, recipe management and integration with the existing plant network.
Installation
Erection, calibration, commissioning and operator training on site.
After handover
Maintenance, spare parts and modernization — including equipment we did not originally supply.
