Expertise. Storing bulk material is straightforward. Discharging it reliably is where the engineering is. Cohesive powders bridge, fine powders rathole, abrasive minerals wear out valves in months, and every transfer point releases dust. Behpoo designs these systems from the material's flow properties rather than from volume alone.

Range. Our material handling range covers silos and bins with hopper geometry engineered for mass flow; bin activators and dischargers that restore flow when the material will not move; six types of flow control valve; mass flow meters and belt weighers for continuous measurement; telescopic loading chutes; and dust collectors that keep the plant within emission limits while recovering product.

Integration. These products are rarely bought alone. A silo needs a discharge aid, a valve, a level indicator and a vent filter — and the choices interact. Behpoo specifies them as one system, so the discharge rate, the valve size and the extraction capacity are consistent with each other.

Compliance. Where the dust is combustible, explosion relief and isolation are part of the design, not an accessory. Where emissions are regulated, extraction is sized to the limit rather than to the fan. We supply the documentation the plant needs to demonstrate both.
