Inspection machines check every pack that leaves the filling line — its weight, and whether it contains anything it should not. Packs that fail are removed automatically, without stopping production.

The three products work as one chain. The check weigher weighs each pack in motion and compares it against tolerance. The metal detector finds ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless contamination. The bag rejector is the actuator that removes the identified pack — tracking its position from the inspection point so the right pack leaves the line.
Beyond compliance, inspection is a process instrument. Weight trend data shows whether the filler is drifting long before it produces an out-of-tolerance pack, and can feed back into filler set-points to cut giveaway. Detection logs give the audit trail that retailer and regulatory schemes require.
