Drum Filling Machine

Behpoo drum filling machines fill 20 to 250 litre drums with solids or liquids, from 20 to 240 drums per hour. Weighing, flow metering and Coriolis measurement are available, with accuracy down to ±0.05%.

A drum filling machine fills rigid industrial containers to a defined weight or volume. The drum is positioned under the nozzle, tared automatically, then filled in a coarse and fine sequence before moving on to capping and labelling.

Behpoo supplies both solids and liquids duty. Solids machines use platform weighing with a cut gate or two-stage knife gate for clean shut-off. Liquid machines use flow metering, Coriolis mass measurement or metering pumps, with bottom-up telescopic nozzles where foaming or viscosity is a concern.

Machines are supplied from manual stations up to rotary multi-head carousels, with ATEX execution to Zone 1 or Zone 2, sanitary execution for pharmaceutical and food duty, and auxiliary systems including nitrogen purging, drum heating and vapour recovery.

Upstream: storage tank or hopper with pump or valve and filter. Downstream: cap sealing, labelling, palletising and stretch wrapping.
