Bulk filling machines fill containers that sit above the sack and below the bulk tanker — big bags from 250 to 2,500 kg and drums from 20 to 250 litres, both to a defined weight or volume.

Big bag fillers suspend the FIBC from its lifting loops or stand it on a weighing platform, fill it in a two-stage coarse and fine sequence, and densify it so the filled bag stacks squarely on a pallet. Feed can be gravity, screw or air-assisted, matched to how the material actually flows.
Drum fillers handle rigid containers, which brings different constraints: the drum must be positioned precisely rather than hung, bung location matters on closed drums, and UN/DOT requirements apply where the contents are hazardous.
Both are supplied from manual stations up to fully automatic twin-station and rotary lines, with ATEX execution where the material is combustible.
