Pallet Stretch Wrapper
Behpoo stretch wrappers secure palletized loads with controlled wrap force and pre-stretch. Turntable, rotary arm and ring configurations cover 15 to 120 pallets per hour.
A stretch wrapper applies stretch film around a palletized load so it arrives intact. Film is stretched before it is applied, then wound around the load in a programmed pattern of wraps and overlaps.

Two settings decide both cost and result: pre-stretch ratio and wrap force. Pre-stretch elongates the film before application — a high ratio means fewer metres of film per pallet, which is where the running cost sits. Wrap force is how tightly the stretched film is drawn onto the load: too little and the load shifts in transit, too much and sacks are crushed or the pallet is pulled out of shape.
Behpoo supplies turntable machines for standard duty, rotary arm machines for unstable or heavy loads that should not be spun, and ring wrappers for high throughput.
In the line, the wrapper sits directly after palletizing and before labelling and dispatch.
