Three technologies cover the range. Multihead weighers combine several parallel weigh hoppers to hit target weight far more precisely than any single station — high speed and low giveaway at the same time. Auger fillers dose fine and cohesive powders that will not flow under gravity. Cut-gate weighing systems batch large quantities with a fast shut-off that keeps in-flight material small and, more importantly, consistent.
Our weighing systems are optimised for high-speed packaging, handling over 2,000 packages per hour, and are configured to the material rather than sold from a catalogue — powders, granules, fragile products and free-flowing solids each need a different answer.
