Valve Bag Filling Machine
Behpoo valve bag fillers fill self-closing sacks from 10 to 50 kg with no closing machine downstream. Impeller, air and auger filling are available, matched to how your powder behaves.

A valve bag has a small sleeve in one corner. The sack is pushed onto the filling spout, product is forced in through the valve, and when the sack comes off the spout the sleeve folds shut under the weight of the contents. No sewing head, no sealer, no closing station.

That is the whole commercial case: a shorter line, fewer machines to maintain, and no consumable thread or sealing film. It is why valve bagging dominates cement and dry mortar.
Because the sack is essentially closed while filling, the air displaced by incoming product has to leave through the sack wall. This makes de-aeration and the choice of filling method decisive: impeller filling for cement-type powders, air filling for very fine fluidisable powders, auger filling for cohesive materials.
Behpoo supplies single-spout and multi-spout rotary machines, with gross weighing on the spout and automatic bag applicators on the automatic classes.
Benefits & Features

- Single-spout and rotary multi-spout configurations
- Integrated dust extraction at the spout
- ATEX execution for combustible powders
Product Range
| Type | What it is | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Impeller Single-Spout | Rotating impeller forces product through the valve | Cement, dry mortar, gypsum — the industrial standard |
| Air Filling | Compressed air fluidises the powder and carries it in | Very fine powders that will not move mechanically |
| Auger Filling | Screw forces cohesive product through the valve | Sticky and poor-flowing powders |
| Rotary Multi-Spout | Several spouts on a rotating carousel | High-tonnage single-product lines |
| Automatic with Bag Applicator | Magazine and arm place each empty sack on the spout | Continuous running with no operator in the cycle |

Areas & Application
Cement & Dry Mortar
The dominant application. Self-closing sacks remove the closing station entirely from a line that runs at high tonnage all day.
Gypsum & Plaster
Fine powders filled with impeller or air filling, with spout extraction containing the displaced air.
Minerals & Fillers
Abrasive powders filled in hard-faced or ceramic-coated execution to extend service life.
Chemicals
Powders filled under ATEX conditions, with the closed valve sack limiting dust release.
