An enquiry with these five answers can be costed in days rather than weeks. Anything you do not know yet, leave blank — we will ask.
Material
What it is, plus bulk density, particle size and moisture if you have them. Flow behaviour decides the machine.
Throughput
Tonnes per hour, or packs per hour, and whether the line runs one shift or continuously.
Pack format
Sack, big bag, drum or bulk — with target weight and the closing method you use today.
The plant
Available headroom, ambient conditions and whether the area is classified as hazardous.
Scope
A single machine, a section of the line, or a turnkey installation including controls.
