FFS Bagging Machine (Form-Fill-Seal)
Behpoo FFS machines form the bag from film roll, fill it and seal it in one continuous cycle. Bag weights from 1 to 50 kg at up to 1,800 bags per hour, with no pre-made bags to buy or store.

An FFS machine makes the bag on the spot. Film is drawn from a roll over a forming tube, sealed, filled with the weighed dose and sealed again — so the bag exists only from the moment it is needed.

The commercial case is the consumable. Film on a roll costs considerably less per bag than a pre-made sewn or glued sack, and it takes far less warehouse space. Changing bag length is a machine setting, not a new order of bags.
Behpoo builds FFS machines for tubular film — already formed as a tube, so only cross seals are needed — and for flat film with a longitudinal seal, where the film is cheaper but one more seal must be controlled.
Bag weight is what sets the class. A heavier bag needs thicker film, thicker film needs a longer sealing time, and sealing time is what caps the cycle rate. This is why capacity and bag weight are always quoted together.
