Our customer approached us with a request to help optimize his production process. Due to increasing demand, the existing batch process was not able to deliver sufficient product. Together we were able to successfully develop a continuous process on the ZSK co-rotating twin screw extruder. The results have proven that the mixing performance of the ZSK is superior to the traditional batch process. Capacities of up to 300 kg/h are possible. The material is directly transferred to the filling equipment.
